New Ocean Shipbuilding Co. LTD of SUMEC Group delivered another Crown 63 bulk carrier

On May 6, a Crown 63 series bulk carrier built by New Ocean Shipbuilding for CDB Leasing was successfully signed and delivered, named "PAC CHRISTINA".

"PAC CHRISTINA" was built during the COVID19 pandemic, which also brought many adverse factors, such as labor shortage and logistics difficulties. New Ocean and Bank of China Leasing had the same goal and cooperated closely, overcame the adverse effects of labor shortage and inspection personnel shortage, trial voyage crew and service provider invitation difficulties, and finally delivered the ship smoothly.

"PAC CHRISTINA" is the last of eight vessels of the same series built by New Ocean for Bank of China Leasing. The delivery of this vessel marks the successful conclusion of this new shipbuilding project and lays a solid foundation for further cooperation between the two parties.
